TURKEY Banned Smoke in Open Air

As part of a plan developed by the Turkish Ministry of Health to put an end to smoking phenomenon, a provision was signed by Mehmet Müezzinoğlu the Turkish ministry of Health to ban smoke generally in open air. Smoking in open air is forbidden, such as public garden and playground, according to provision, In addition to crowded places as well as bus, railway stations, Theatre, market centers and public institution. The provision also decreases the smoking area of public institutions, where 30% of these areas are available to smoke on a condition of 10 meter away of its entrance and also Places of the university are determined for smoking. Penalties and fines will be strict for anyone doesn’t submit to this provision.
