Terms and Conditions of Service Packages
All the above packages are subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Obtaining your university admission for free from OK TAMAM does not require booking any of the listed packages, as this service is provided free of charge.
- All the service packages above are subject to a refund policy within 14 days from the payment date, with the consideration that if any sub-service is utilized or booked, its cost will be deducted.
- All service packages that include "Airport pick-up" are subject to a non-refundable policy under any circumstances if the service is booked after confirming the student's arrival date in Turkey.
- All service packages include "Papers Translation" service from Arabic or English to Turkish. However, the cost does not cover papers authentication by the notary, which the student or their guardians separately bear.
- All service packages include the "Papers Translation" service, which covers the translation of the following student documents: passport + certificate and transcript of the last academic year of high school. The student may incur additional costs if translation of other documents is requested. For graduate students: the translation cost of the university degree certificate and transcript will be added.
- All service packages include the "Clearing residence permit procedures" service, with free booking of the residence permit appointment. However, the student or their guardians separately bear the health insurance cost for the purpose of residence except for the gold package.
- Service packages that include "Accompaniment for University Visit" require a maximum of two accompanyings, and the student or their guardians understand that an additional cost may be applied if the accompaniment service is requested for a third time.
- Service packages that include "Accompaniment for Equivalence Appointment" require a maximum of two accompanyings, and the student or their guardians understand that an additional cost may be applied if the accompaniment service is requested for a third time.
- Packages that include "Accompaniment for Equivalence Appointment" only cover undergraduate students.
- Service packages that include "Hotel Reservation" require choosing one of the options provided by the OK TAMAM team, and the student or their guardians understand that if another hotel is chosen, an additional cost may be applied depending on the selected hotel.
- The "Bank Account Opening" service requires obtaining a residence permit in accordance with Turkish bank regulations.
- In case any service within a package is not utilized due to any circumstances, the client is not entitled to a refund of its amount.
