About Cukurova University
Cukurova University was established in 1973 in Adana, Turkey.
Cukurova University is considered one of the best public universities in Turkey. Initially, it started with only two faculties, but by 1973, it expanded to include 16 faculties, 7 vocational institutes, and 3 institutes. The university has about 40,000 students enrolled in various academic levels, including bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral programs. The number of faculty members within the university is about 1,000 teachers. The university offers various administrative and engineering disciplines and has experienced significant development and growth in recent years.
Cukurova University is uniquely located on the eastern coast of the Seyhan River, featuring many advanced facilities, including a large central library that serves students, faculty, and researchers both within and outside the university.
The university also prioritizes international academic relations through cooperative agreements with universities in the European Union, the United States, Canada, Australia, Latin America, and Asia.
