Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Representative who can engage with customers from around the globe and successfully convert conversations into sales for the company. As a Sales Representative, you will promote our services and passionately believe in the vision we represent. Job Responsibilities

  • Persuade customers to purchase services using a prepared script that highlights key aspects of the company’s offerings.
  • Address questions and concerns of both prospective and existing customers regarding purchased services.
  • Update the database with new information each time a customer calls, and regularly back up data to safeguard sensitive customer information.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records for each customer, providing insights into the target audience and their preferences.
  • Adhere to organizational standards to maintain quality service, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
  • Manage sales-qualified leads and convert them into registered students.
  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.
  • Understand customer requirements and close sales by providing meaningful educational consultations.
  • Explain the benefits and features of various university programs and assist students in selecting the best fit for their needs.
  • Strive to meet sales quotas and facilitate future sales through cross-selling and referral sales via the Ambassador program.
  • Build and nurture relationships with new students while maintaining and growing relationships with existing ones.
  • Ensure student satisfaction by providing excellent customer experiences and top-notch educational consultancy.
  • Identify and address students’ needs and concerns, while gaining a deep understanding of OK TAMAM’s services.

Qualifications

  • University graduate
  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales position (preferably within a similar environment)
  • Solid knowledge of sales techniques and strategies is required.
  • Ability to achieve sales and gross profit targets within specific seasons.
  • Understanding of efficiency, confidentiality, and adherence to company regulations.
