By order of the Privatization Administration, the bank was incorporated into the Habaş Group in 1997 and began offering its services through three branches.

As of September 30, 2013, the total number of bank branches reached 116, with more than 2,100 employees. The bank provides medium—and short-term financing loans and funding for small and medium-sized enterprises and also offers personal loan and deposit services to customers. As of September 30, 2013, the total assets were estimated at more than 8.6 billion Turkish Lira.
