Scholarship for Master’s Studies at the University of Sheffield in the United Kingdom 2019

This scholarship is offered by the University of Sheffield in collaboration with the Allan and Nesta Ferguson Charitable Trust and the Sheffield Institute for international students from developing countries for a range of courses affiliated with the Sheffield Institute.
The University of Sheffield is one of the UK’s public universities, founded in 1905, and consistently ranks among the top 100 universities worldwide, with a high global reputation for academic excellence.
The required language of study for the scholarships is English, and the duration of study in the scholarship program ranges from one to two years depending on the study program.

• Master’s in Global Cities and Development
• Master’s in International Development
• Master’s in Environmental Change and International Development
• MPH in International Development
• Master’s in Social Change and International Policy
• Master’s in Global Political Economy
• Master’s in International Relations
• Master’s in Social Research

Targeted countries for the scholarship: Morocco, Syria, Egypt, Palestine, Somalia, Djibouti, Sudan, Mauritania, Comoros, and other countries not from the Middle East and North Africa.

Scholarship application conditions
• You must have received an offer for one of the training courses to study at the University of Sheffield for the year 2019.
• You must be a citizen of one of the previously mentioned countries or permanently reside in one.
• You must be classified as an international student in terms of tuition fees.
• You must be self-funded, meaning you do not receive funding from a government, council, private institution, charity, or similar.
• You must not have received another scholarship from any other place.

Scholarship cost
• The scholarship covers full tuition fees.
• Accommodation and a monthly allowance.
