About the Job:
OK TAMAM Group is seeking an individual to join our family as “Education Coordinator” in our Education department.
Core Responsibilities
- Works with the Education team to hire foreign students who’re interested in Study Abroad.
- Interface with and support Admissions process and Academics
- Follow Up with students from their first contact and admission through graduation
- Provide outstanding service and assistance to all current, prospective, and former students
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:

- Excellent command of English is a must.
- Fast typist with minimal errors, in both English and Arabic languages.
- Good listener with passion to solve clients issues.
- Proficiency in Computer and Internet, in particular office suite.
- Good experience in internet research.
- Proven data management skills
- Strong analytical abilities and ability to provide accurate reporting and analyses
- Organized, task and detail oriented
- Works effectively within a team, and independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent oral communication and formal writing skills
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and meet all deadlines
- Resourceful, with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work within, and maintain OK TAMAM’s Core Values
