About the Internship:
OK TAMAM Group for Educational Services is pleased to announce its new round of internship for 2019 to hire dedicated and hard workers as “Customer Service – Internship“.
The internship will last for 3 months and suitable candidates will be offered a permanent position afterward in our Istanbul’s office.
The intern will learn:
- Getting in touch with our potential clients through different channels and learn to provide Education consultation to them.
- Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, and suggest the best options for them to study abroad.
Internship Requirements:
If you are energetic, optimistic, and willing to learn, then we’d love to hear back from you if below requirements applies to you:
- Excellent command of English is a must.
- Fast typist with minimal errors, in both English and Arabic languages.
- Good listener with passion to solve clients issues.
- Proficiency in Computer and Internet, in particular office suite.
- Good experience in internet research.
