Istanbul Kultur University was established in 1997 by one of Turkey’s oldest private educational foundations, the Kültür Educational Foundation (KEV). The university aims to become one of the most successful universities in Turkey and European countries in the fields of education, scientific research, and community service. This is achieved by providing high-quality education, implementing innovative and contemporary educational activities, and developing curricula. Additionally, the university aims to utilize modern technology to serve the community through scientific research, support talented students, and provide all the necessary means to nurture their talents.

Istanbul Kultur concentrates on discussion panels, conferences, and events that raise students’ cultural awareness by letting them discuss and think critically about different topics using different educational and research methods to realize the truth.

Atakoy Campus: The main campus housing university administrative units, along with faculties of Engineering, Architecture, Arts and Design, Sciences and Arts, and the Graduate School
Şrinevler Campus: Home to the Faculty of Health Sciences, Faculty of Law, Vocational School of Justice, and the Foreign Languages Department
Incirli Campus: Houses the Vocational School of Istanbul Kultur University
Basin Ekspres Campus: The newest campus opened in the 2018-2019 academic year and includes the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences and the Faculty of Education
